INDOOR TRACK & FIELD: Competed in seven meets during the indoor season, all in the weight throw … Saw her best individual finish come in back-to-back weeks when she took up second runner-up accolades at the Wesleyan Indoor Invitational and the I-95 Showdown, the second of which hitting her season-best of 12.08 meters (39’ 7.75”) … Finished 13th overall at the Northeast-10 Championship. OUTDOOR TRACK & FIELD: Competed in six meets, all in the hammer throw … Saw an increase of three meters from her first toss of the season to setting her personal best which came at the Jay Carisella Coaches Invitational with a throw of 41.08 meters (134’ 9”) … Followed that up with a seventh place finish at the Northeast-10 Championship … Saw her best finish come at the season-opening Myrtle Beach Collegiate Challenge where she finished fifth individually.

OUTDOOR TRACK & FIELD: Competed in six meets during the outdoor season, all in the hammer throw … Finished top-10 in three meets, with her best individual finish at the AIC Yellowjacket Invitational with a throw of 34.24 meters (112’ 4”) … Saw her best throw of the year come at the Northeast-10 Championship with a toss of 35.21 meters (115’ 6”), three meters better than her first throw of the season.
High School: Was a thrower on the track and field team for the Golden Bears of Vestal High School all four years … Served as a team captain for two seasons … Also played soccer for four seasons … Was named a scholar athlete for both indoor and outdoor track and field on four occasions … Advanced to the State Qualifier meet three times for indoor track and field … Was a part of two Section Four Class A Championship teams for soccer, which also won a Southern Tier Athletic Conference Championship in 2018.
