Biography

2015: Northeast-10 Conference Commissioner’s Honor Roll…Appeared in five games…Finished with 10 total tackles including a half tackle for loss…Opened the season with three tackles against Slippery Rock (9/5)…Best game came against LIU Post (10/24) when he totaled six stops, including the tackle for loss.

Prior to New Haven: Transferred to New Haven from Temple where he did not see game action.

High School: Played on the defensive and offensive lines at Jackson Liberty HS…2011 first-team All-Area…2011 Academic All-Shore honoree…Led team in sacks, tackles for loss, fumbles, and fumble recoveries…Played in the 2011 North-South All-Star Game as a starter…Also participated in basketball, lacrosse, and track. 
 
Personal: Son of Ngozi and Chizolu Nwobi...Has two sisters, Onyi and Chimma.
