RESULTS
NEW HAVEN, Conn. - The University of New Haven men's track and field team competed at the second day of the Giegengack Invitational hosted by Yale University on Saturday.
David Thomas (Taneytown, Md./Frostburg State) posted a third place finish in the 60-meter dash with a time of 7:05, added to a pair of wins on day one. The men's distance medley relay team posted a 10th place finish with a time of 10:33.27. Other highlights included a sixth place finish by
Tyler Valalik (Wallingford, Conn./Lyman Hall) in the triple jump with a distance of 11.98 meters.
In the 1,000-meter run,
Matthew Dunham (Kingston, N.Y./Saugerties) finished 14th with a time of 2:35.10. #Matthew Eder placed 22nd in the 800-meter run with a time of 2:01.42, while
Christopher Dannenhoffer (West Haven, Conn./Notre Dame - West Haven) finished in 23rd place with a time of 2:01.50.
