Kenealy Paces Chargers at NE10 Championships

COLCHESTER, Vt.
– Senior Alli Kenealy stepped up in her third Northeast-10 Conference Championship, leading the women's cross country team to a ninth place finish, among 13 teams. The 2022 NE10 Conference Championship was hosted by Saint Michael's College.

Kenealy finished out the 6k course in a time of 23:51.2 to pace the Chargers, finishing the course 17th overall, among a field of 107 runners. Following Kenealy in lead the Blue and Gold was sophomore Isabella Bostic who finished just five second behind her with a time of 23:56.8 that closed out the event 21st among the field.

Another underclassman would follow Bostic to round out the top-three for the Chargers with Elsie Kaas finishing the course in a time of 26:19.1 to finished 54th overall. Senior Da-Xia Colon was right on her heals, finishing 10 seconds behind Kass with a time of 26:29.8 to finish 57th overall.

Rounding out the Chargers top-five was senior Hannah Swain who completed the course in a time of 27:14.6 to finish 62nd overall.

The men's and women's cross country teams will return to the course in two weeks when they head to Bethpage, N.Y. for the NCAA Division II East Region Championship, hosted by Adelphi University at Bethpage State Park.
