MANSFIELD, Mass. – On the track some things never change as the University of New Haven Men's Track and Field team took home a of weekly awards as announced by the Northeast10.

Jordan Emile (Stoughton, Mass./Stoughton) continued to set the standard on the track in the hurdles winning track athlete of the week.. In the 60m hurdles, Emile ran the fastest time in the prelims qualifying for the finals with a time of 8.44. Emile moved into the finals with the best time, and improved his time as Emile once again was the fastest crossing with a winning time of 8.24.

In high gear, the teams return to action for another dual meet weekend as things kick off for the blue and gold on Friday, January 24 in New York at the Dr. Sander Scorcher Invitational. That meet will conclude on Saturday, January 25. In addition the Chargers will also travel to Middletown Connecticut on Saturday, January 25 to compete at the Wesleyan Indoor Invitational.
