VERONA, N.Y. – New Haven Men's Golf opened the 2026 fall season competing in the Red Bandanan Invitational, hosted by Boston College. The Blue & Gold finished sixth.

Sophomore Max Pawloski (Bethel, Conn./Bethel) fired a three-round score of +7 to finish tied for 12th as New Haven's top finisher. Pawloski began the tournament shooting 73 in the first round (+1), 72 in the second (E), and 78 in the third (+6).

Senior Hermann Gavilan (Valencia, Spain) finished at +14 for the Blue & Gold. His best round was the second round, when he fired a +3.

New Haven is back on the links on Saturday, Sept. 19, when the program competes in the Ryan T. Lee Memorial Collegiate Tournament, hosted by Brown University.
