2022-23: Earned Academic Honors accolades on the Northeat-10 Academic Honor Roll following the fall semester. INDOOR TRACK & FIELD: Competed in six meets during the indoor season … Opened up the season with a first place finish in the 600-meter run at the Ramapo College Opener with a time of 1:22.16 … Posted a pair of top five finishes in field events at the William Sutherland Invitational, finishing fifth in the high jump and first in the long jump with a personal best distance of 6.72 meters (22’0.75”) … The next week set a personal best in the 500-meter run with a time of 1:04.65, finishing sixth overall at the Boston University John Thomas Terrier Classic  … Earned a fifth place finish in the 500-meter run at the New England Championship … Set a personal best in the 60-meter hurdles at the Fastrack National Invitational … Wrapped up the indoor season with a pair of top-10 finishes at the NE10 Championship, taking ninth place in the long jump and sixth place in the high jump … Also set a personal best in the 400-meter dash at the NE10 Championship with a time of 50.61. OUTDOOR TRACK & FIELD: Competed in nine meets during the outdoor season … Opened up the outdoor season with a fourth place finish in the high jump and an eighth place finish in the 400-meter hurdles at the Myrtle Beach Collegiate Challenge … Took a pair of sixth place finishes in the Ramapo College Track & Field Invitational in the 110-meter hurdles and the 400-hurdles, setting a personal best in the shorter event with a time of 17.14 … Finished top-three in all three events he competed in at the Silfen Invitational, finishing third in the 400-hurdles and the high jump and was a part of the first place finishing 4x400 meter relay … Followed that up the next week with two third place finishes, in the high jump and the 400-hurldes, at the Jay Carisella Coaches Invitational … Took fourth place honors in the high jump and was on the second place finishing 4x400 meter relay team at the Northeast-10 Conference Championship.

2021-22: INDOOR TRACK & FIELD: Competed in eight meets during his first season with the Chargers … Opened up his career as a member of the first place finishing 4x400 meter relay team at the Art Kaddish Elm City Challenge, also finishing third in the 600 meter run at that meet … Followed that up with a personal best time in the 300-meter dash at the Yale Season Opener when he finished third overall with a time of 34.79 … Competed in the heptathlon at his first Northeast-10 Championship, finishing sixth overall. OUTDOOR TRACK & FIELD: Competed in six meets during the outdoor season … Took home first place honors in the high jump at the second meet of the season, the TCNJ Invitational with a height of 1.93 meters (6’4”) … Finished top-two in both events he competed in at the Jay Carisella Coaches Invitational, taking second place honors in the high jump and winning the 400-meter hurdles with a time of 58.23 … Finished seventh overall in the high jump at the Northeast-10 Conference Championship … Qualified for the 400-meter hurdles and the high jump, setting a personal best int eh 400-hurdles with a time of 57.22.
