2022-23: INDOOR TRACK & FIELD: Competed in eight meets during the outdoor season … Opened up the season with a pair of top-four finishes in the long jump and the heptathlon at the Art Kaddish Elm City Challenge … Finished top four in the three events he competed in at the Coast Guard Academy Winter Invitational, taking second in the long jump, fourth in the 600-meter run with a personal best time of 1:35.11, and was third as part of the 4x200 meter run … Took home medalist honors with a personal best time of 7.27 in the 60 meter dash at the Ramapo College Opener… Followed that up the next week with a third place finish and a personal best in the 55-meter hurdles with a time of 8.30 … Qualified for the  New England Championships in the long jump where he finished 10th overall … Competed in two events at the NE10 Championship, the heptathlon where  he finished third overall and the long jump where he took home second place honors. OUTDOOR TRACK & FIELD: Competed in six meets during the outdoor season … Opened up the spring with a second place finish in the long jump at the Ramapo College Track & Field Invitational … The next week set a personal best in the javelin throw with a toss of 41.82 meters (137’2”) at the TCNJ Invitational … Was a part of the first place finishing 4x400 meter relay at the Silfen Invitational … Took home third place honors in the long jump at the Jay Carisella Coaches Invitational … Took home fifth place in the decathlon and seventh place in the long jump in his two events at the Northeast-10 Conference Championship. 
2021-22: Earned Academic Honors accolades on the Northeast-10 Academic Honor Roll following the spring semester. INDOOR TRACK & FIELD: Competed in seven meets during the indoor season, individually in the sprints and long jump … Saw his best individual finish come in the long jump in his second meet of the season, the Yale Season Opener with a distance of 6.38 meters (20’11.25”), taking fifth place overall … Wrapped up the indoor season competing in the heptathlon at the Northeast-10 Championship, finishing eighth in the field with a combined score of 3,520 … Among his highlights in the heptathlon was taking first place in the long jump with a leap of 6.40 meters (21’0”). OUTDOOR TRACK & FIELD: Competed in seven meets during the outdoor season … Opened up the spring campaign with a medal finish in the long jump at the Wesleyan Swanson Invitational with a distance of 6.66 meters (21’10.25”) … Set a personal best in the long jump three meets later at the Jay Carisella Coaches Invitational when he finished second with a jump of 6.88 meters (22’7”) … One week later took home third place in the high jump at the Jim Barber and Jack Maloney Invitational with a height of 1.73 meters (5’8”) … Competed in both the long jump individually and the decathlon at the Northeast-10 Conference Championships, finishing the latter of those events in fourth place overall with a total score of 5,370 … Hit a pair of personal bests in the decathlon, in the 100-meter dash with a time of 11.34 and in the shot put with a toss of 11.64 meters (38’2.25”) … Also took home first place honors in the 100-meter dash and the long jump in the decathlon … Qualified for the long jump at the New England Championships. 
High School: Competed on the track and field team for two seasons for the Eagles of Annapolis Area Christian … Also played soccer for three seasons … Earned All-Conference honors in track and field and was named the Annapolis Area Christian Male Senior Athlete Award. 
Personal: Son of Gregory and Gisele … Has three brothers, Collin, Connor and Corban … Majoring in exercise science.
