2023-24: CROSS COUNTRY: Ran in four meets during the fall cross country season … Set a personal best on an 8K course at the James Early Invitational where he finished in a time of 34:39.6.

2022-23: CROSS COUNTRY: Did not compete during the 2022 cross country season. INDOOR TRACK & FIELD: Ran the 800-meter run individually at four meets during the indoor season with his best finish coming in the season opener when he took home first place accolades at the Art Kadish Elm City Challenge with a time of 2:05.96 … Competed in his first individual event at the NE10 Championships, that coming in the 800. OUTDOOR TRACK & FIELD: Competed in just one meet during the outdoor season, the Silfen Invitational.

2021-22: CROSS COUNTRY: Ran in four meets during his first cross country season … Saw his season best finish at the James Earley Invitational where he finished 34th out of a field of 113 runners … Opened up the season breaking 30 minutes with a time of 29:14.8 at the Adelphi Panther Invitational. INDOOR TRACK & FIELD: ran in four meets during the indoor season, individually in the 800-meter run … Ran his personal best in the 800 at the Yale Season Opener where he finished fourth overall with a time of 2:02.39 … Competed at the NE10 Indoor Track & Field Championship on ap air of relay teams, the 4x800 and the distance medley relay scoring points for the Chargers in both. OUTDOOR TRACK & FIELD: Competed in five meets during the outdoor season … Opened up the spring campaign with a personal best in the 1,500-meter run at the TCNJ Invitational with a time of 5:10.04 … Best individual finish came at the Jim Barber and Jack Maloney Invitational, a 10th place showing in the 800-meter run with a time of 2:02.76 … Also ran as a member of the 4x800 relay at the NE10 Outdoor Championship.
