2022-23: CROSS COUNTRY: Ran in all six meets during the cross country season, leading the Chargers in the first three and finishing second among the team in the final three … Opened up the season with a title honor, finishing first, in a field of 97, at the Wesleyan Cardinal invitational with a time of 19:04.6 … Followed that up with a sixth place showing at the Ted Owen Invitational with his season-low time of 26:23 … Finished 23rd overall at the NE10 Championship, closing out the course at Saint Michael’s College in a time of 26:52.9. INDOOR TRACK & FIELD: Competed in six meets during the indoor season … Posted a pair of personal bests during the indoor campaign … Set a personal best in the mile run at the Wesleyan Indoor Invitational with a time of 4:48.00 … Followed that up in the first event in the New Year with a time of 2:58.41 in the 1,000-meter run at the Coast Guard Academy Winter Invitational … Opened up the indoor season with his best individual finish of the season, a fourth place showing in the 3,000-meter run at The Art Kaddish Elm City Challenge, posting a time of 9;31.20. OUTDOOR TRACK & FIELD: ran in seven meets during the outdoor season, including qualifying for the NE10 Championship in the 5,000-meter run, where he finished 19th overall … Posted one top-five finish, that coming in the 1,500-meter run at the Jay Carisella Coaches Invitational with a time of 4:17.57.
2021-22: CROSS COUNTRY: Ran in all six meets in his rookie season, finishing as the top runner for the Blue and Gold in all six … Posted one top-five performance, that coming in his first collegiate meet at the Adelphi Panther Invitational where he finished in a time of 26:24.8 … Saw two other top-20 finishes, at the Trinity Bantam Invitational and the James Early Invitational … Led the Chargers at his first ever NE10 Championship, finishing 35th among a field of 149 runners with a time of 27:54. INDOOR TRACK & FIELD: Competed in five meets during his first indoor season, including qualifying for both the 3,000 and 5,000-meter events at the NE10 Championship … Posted a personal best at the NE10’s in the 3,000-meter with a time of 9:17.33 … Also finished that meet 11th overall in the 5,000-meter … Saw his best individual finish of sixth place come in his first indoor meet of the season, The Art Kaddish Elm City Challenge with a time of 9:22.96. OUTDOOR TRACK & FIELD: Competed in seven meets during the outdoor season, including qualifying for the NE10 Championship in the 5,000-meter run and the New England Championships in the 10,000-meter run … Posted a pair of top-three finishes in the 5,000-meter run, with his best coming at the TCNJ Invitational when he set a personal best with a time of 15:50.55 … Finished third in the 5,000-meter run at the Jay Carisella Coaches Invitational with a time of 16:06.84 … Also set personal bests in the 800 (2:06.17) and 1,500-meter (4:10.93) run events at the Wilton Wright Invitational.
