2023-24: CROSS COUNTRY: Ran in all six meets during the fall cross country season … Finished top seven for New Haven in all but one of the six meets, including his best of the year coming at the NCAA Division II East Region Championship where he was sixth for the Blue and Gold, finishing 112th among the field of 138 runners, finishing the 10K course in a time of 36:37.5 … Saw a top-25 finish come in the season-opening Wesleyan Cardinal Invitational … Twice broke the 29 minute mark, setting his season best at the Bruce Kirsch Invitational where he finished 60th in the field of 99 with a time of 28:47.2.

2022-23: Earned Academic Distinction accolades on the Northeast-10 Academic Honor Roll and named to the New Haven Dean’s List following both the Fall 2022 and Spring 2023 semesters. CROSS COUNTRY: Ran in three meets during his first cross country season … Best individual finish came at the season-opening Wesleyan Cardinal invitational where he finished 75th overall with a time of 22:58.1. INDOOR TRACK & FIELD: Competed in three meets during his rookie indoor season, running the mile in all three and the 800-meter run once … Set a personal best in the mile in his second collegiate meet, finishing 13th at the Coast Guard Academy Winter Invitational… Opened up his collegiate indoor career with a fourth place finish at the Art Kadish Elm City Challenge, posting a time of 5:22.64 in the mile. OUTDOOR TRACK & FIELD: Ran in three meets during the outdoor season, setting personal best in the 800-meter (2:20.88) at the Jay Carisella Coaches Invitational and in the 1,500-meter (4:51.97) at the Myrtle Beach Collegiate Challenge.
