2022-23: Earned INDOOR TRACK & FIELD: Competed in 10 meets during the indoor season … Opened up the year with a third place finish in the 55-meter dash at the Art Kadish Elm City Challenge with a time of 6.62 … Added a pair of top-five finishes at the Suffolk Relays where he was fourth in the 200-meter dash and second in the 400-meter run with a time of 51.06 … Earned medalist honors in the 400 at the Coast Guard Invitational with a time of 52.33 … Was runner-up in his first attempt of the season at the long jump with a distance of 6.48 meters at the William Sutherland Invitational … Competed in three individual events and the 4x400 meter relay at the NE10 Championship with his best finish a seventh place showing in the 60-meter dash with a time of 7.20. OUTDOOR TRACK & FIELD: Competed in seven meets during the outdoor season … Posted a pair of top-10 finishes at the Ramapo College Track & Field Invitational with a nineth place finish in the 400-meter run and a fourth place finish in the 200-meter dash with a time of 22.90 … Improved that to a pair of top-five finish at the Jay Carisella Coaches Invitational with a fourth place finish in the 100 meter dash and a third place finish in the 400 meter run with a time of 50.70 … Competed in two individual events at the NE10 Championship including posting an eighth place finish in the 400 meter run with a time of 59.61.

2021-22: Earned INDOOR TRACK & FIELD: Competed in eight meets during the indoor season … Set a personal best in the first meet of the season in the 55-meter dash with a time of 6.58 at the Art Kaddish Elm City Challenge … Also a member of the first place finishing 4x400-meter relay at that meet … Finished top-four in back-to-back meets in the 200-meter dash with a fourth place showing the Ramapo College Track & Field Opener and a runner-up finish at the William Sutherland Invitational … earned a second place finish in the long jump at the Pre-Post Season Meet at Wheaton College with a distance of 6.51 meters (21’4.25”) … Competed in three events individually at the NE10 Championship scoring points in two … Finished eighth overall in the 60-meter dash with a time of 7.18 in the finals after hitting a personal best mark in the prelims with a time of 7.01 … Also posted an eighth-place finish in the long lump with a distance of 6.55 meters (21’6”). OUTDOOR TRACK & FIELD: Competed in six meets during the outdoor season … Was a part of the first place 4x100-meter relay team at the Jay Carisella Coaches Invitational … Continued that success the next weekend with a runner-up finish in the 200-meter dash with a time of 22.55 … Competed in a pair of individual events (100 dash and long jump) at the Northeast-10 Championship while also a member of the fifth place finishing 4x100-meter relay.

2020-21: Earned Academic Honors accolades on the Northeast-10 Academic Honor Roll following the Spring 2021 semester. INDOOR TRACK & FIELD: 2020-21 indoor season canceled due to the CoVID-19 pandemic. OUTDOOR TRACK & FIELD: Competed in three of the Chargers meets in a season limited due to the CoVID-19 pandemic … Opened up his collegiate career competing in the long jump and two relays at the Wilton Wright Invitational (Apr. 3) … Set his season-best in the long jump with a distance of 6.31 meters at the Wilton Wright Invite … Set a personal best in the 100-meter dash at the Jack Maloney Invitational (Apr. 30) with a time of 11.16, which finished fifth overall … Closed out this rookie season with a season best in the 200-meter dash at the New England Championships with a time of 22.87.

High School: Ran sprints and also competed in the long jump for the Flower City TC Club … Posted a personal best of 11.25 in the 100-meter dash and 22.50 in the 200-meter dash, both coming at the USATF Region 2 Junior Olympic Championships.
