2023-24: CROSS COUNTRY: Competed in all six meets during the fall cross country season … Finished among the top-four for New Haven in four meets, including second for the Blue and Gold at the James Early Invitational with his season-low on an 8K course of 27:18.7 which led to a 50th place finish among a field of 202 runners … Opened up the season finishing 22nd at the Wesleyan Cardinal invitational with a time of 21:35.4 … Finished fourth for New Haven and 63rd overall at the Northeast-10 Championship and followed that up fourth for New Haven and 79th overall at the NCAA Division II East Regional.

2022-23: Earned Academic Distinction accolades on the Northeast-10 Academic Honor Roll and named to the New Haven Dean’s List following both Fall 2022 and Spring 2023 semesters. CROSS COUNTRY: Competed in all six meets during his rookie cross country season, finishing among the scoring in all six meets … Posted his best individual finish at the Adelphi Short Course with a time of 16:43.6 good for 35th among a field of 156 runners … Finished fifth for the Chargers at his first ever NE10 Championship and followed that up finishing fourth for the Blue and Gold at the NCAA East Regionals … Best finish for his team was finishing third among the squad at the Ted Owen Invitational where he finished with a time of 28:36 to finish 77th overall. INDOOR TRACK & FIELD: Competed in four meets during his first indoor track and field season, running the 800, mile, and the 3,000 … Set personal bests in all three events during the indoor season with his first coming in the 800-meter run at the Coast Guard Invitational with a time of 2:25.67 … Dropped nearly 23 seconds in the mile during the indoor season, with his personal best coming at the William Sutherland Invitational with a time of 4:57.50 … Saw his best 3,000 time come at the Fasttrack National Invitational with a time of 9:26.00 … Also ran the 3,000 at the NE10 Championships where he finished 12th overall. OUTDOOR TRACK & FIELD: Ran the 3,000-meter steeplechase at three meets during the outdoor season, setting his personal best at his second attempt, the Silfen Invitational with a time of 10:41.54 … Also finished that event 11th overall at the NE10 Championships.
