2022-23: INDOOR TRACK & FIELD: Named All-New England in the 60-meter hurdles … Competed in seven meets during the indoor season… Opened up the winter with a first place finish in the Art Kaddish Elm City Challenge in the 55-meter hurdles with a time of 7.63 … Followed that up with first place finishes in the sprint hurdles in each of the next four meets – the Suffolk Relays, Beacon Invitational, Coast Guard Winter Invitational and the Ramapo College Opener … Crowned New England Champion when he took home medal honors in the 60-meter hurdles at the New England Championship with a time of 8.13 … Earned his second NE10 title, this time in the 60-meter hurdles which he took medal honors with a time of 8.23 in the finals … Finished eighth overall in the 400-meter run at the NE10 Championship after setting a personal best in the event in the prelims with a time of 49.77… Also finished third in both the high jump and triple jump at the NE10 Championship, including setting a personal best in the triple jump with a leap of 13.60 meters (44’7.5”) … Closed out the indoor season with a personal best in the 60-meter hurdles, finishing fourth overall in the Fastrack Last Chance Meet. OUTDOOR TRACK & FIELD: Named All-Region from the USTFCCCA in the 110-meter hurdles … Competed in 10 meets during the outdoor season, highlighted by qualifying for the NCAA Division II Championship in the 110-mter hurdles where he finished 14th overall with a time of 14.04 … That performance followed up successfully defending his 110-meter NE10 Championship from a year prior with a personal best time in the event of 14.01 … Also took home fourth place honors in the 100-meter dash, was a member of the second place finishing 4x400 meter relay and finished fifth in the long jump and sixth in the triple jump at the NE10 Outdoor Championships.
2021-22: INDOOR TRACK & FIELD: Named NE10 Rookie of the Year after finishing second in the 60-meter hurdles, second as a member of the 4x400-meter relay, fifth in the high jump and 10th in the triple jump … Named All-Region from the USTFCCCA in four different events, individually in the heptathlon, high jump and 60-meter hurdles and as a member of the 4x400-meter relay …Competed in 10 meets during the indoor season … Opened up his first indoor season as a Charger with two medal finishes, first in the 55-meter furled with a time of 7.71 and then as a member of the 4x400-meter relay at the Art Kaddish Elm City Challenge… In his second meet, finishing seventh in his first attempt at the heptathlon, setting personal bests in three of the events – the 60-meter dash (7.08), the shot put (8.57 meters) and the 1,000 meter run (2:53.66) … Finished with a pair of runner-up performances at the William Sutherland Invitational in the 55-meter hurdles and the high jump, the latter of which setting a personal best with a height of 2.00 meters (6’6.75”) … Finished third overall in the 60-meter hurdles at the New England Indoor Championships with a time of 8.32 in the finals … Finished as the runner up in the 60-meter hurdles at the NE10 Championship with a time of 8.18 while also scoring in the high jump (fifth overall) and with a second place finish as a member of the 4x400 meter relay. OUTDOOR TRACK & FIELD: Named All-Region in two events, individually in the 110 meter hurdles and as a member of the 4x400 meter relay … Competed in all seven of the Chargers meets in a season limited due to the CoVID-19 pandemic … Opened up his career with a pair of top-five finishes at the Wilton Wright Invitational (Apr. 3), individually in the 110-meter hurdles and as a member of the 4x400-meter relay team … Set his season-best in the 110-meter hurdles in the finals of the NE10 Outdoor Track & Field Championship (May 6-8) with a time of 15.04 … Part of the All-Conference 4x400-meter relay team that took second place at the NE10 Championships with a time of 3:20.68 … In the final meet of the year, set a personal-best time in the 400-meter hurdles with a mark of 55.98 at the New England Championships (May 14-15) … Earned back-to-back medalist honors in the 400-hurdles at the Coast Guard Tri Meet (Apr. 10) and in the 400-meter day at the James Barber Invitational (Apr. 11) … Was also a member of the 4x400-meter relay team that took medalist honors at the Eastern Connecticut Invitational (Apr. 15).
High School: Ran a number of different events, with his primary being the 55-meter hurdles at Paramus High School … Set a personal best in the 55-m hurdles during the 2020 indoor season with a time of 7.58 in the finals of the NJCTC Wayne Letwink Memorial Winter Championship … Also led his team with the top time in the 400-meter dash (52.72) and the farthest distance in the long jump (20’11.5”).
