CROSS COUNTRY: Ran in five meets during the fall cross country season … Opened up the fall with a 34th place finish at the Wesleyan Cardinal Invitational with a time of 23:19.8 … Broke 29 minutes on an 8K course for the first time at the Burce Kirsch Invitational, setting a personal best with a time of 29:29.6 … Also broke the 30 minute mark at the Northeast-10 Championship.

INDOOR TRACK & FIELD: Competed in eight meets during the indoor season … Qualified individually for the NE10 Championships, his first collegiate championship, in the mile run where he finished 10th overall with a time of 4:46.32 … Best individual finish of the season came at the second meet of the year when he posted a third place time of 4:58.76 in the mile … Also competed in the 800-meter run where his best finish came at the Coast Guard Winter Invitational. OUTDOOR TRACK & FIELD: Ran in three meets during the outdoor season, setting a pair of personal bests … First came in the 1,500-meter run at the Silfen Invitational where he finished with a time of 4:27.70 … Followed that up a week later finishing 13th in the Jay Carisella Coaches Invitational with a personal best in the 800-meter run, posting a time of 2:06.19.

CROSS COUNTRY: Did not compete during the 2021 cross country season. INDOOR TRACK & FIELD: Competed in two meets during his first season with the track and field team … Ran the mile at the Art Kaddish Elm City Challenge and finished sixth overall in the 1,000-meter run at the Yale Season Opener. OUTDOOR TRACK & FIELD: Did not compete during the 2022 outdoor season.
