2009-10 Season: Cross Country: Completed six cross country events in 2009…Ran a 17:19 time in a dual meet against Fairfield…Captured 17th place in the Fairfield University Invitational with a time of 27:43…Led the team at the Victor F. Leeber S.J. Invitational, taking 30th place with a time of 26:44.30…Ran a 27:51 at the New England Championships…Took 48th and 49th in the Northeast-10 Championships and the NCAA Regional Championships. Indoor Track: Completed the one mile run at the Yale Lid Lifter Invitational in 4:49.89 for 11th place…Snatched 10th place with a time of 4:55.49 in the one mile run at the SCSU Invitational…Posted a time of 9:31.65 in the 3000m run at the Yale Giegengack Invitational. Outdoor Track: Notched fifth place in the 5000m run at the Coast Guard Classic with a time of 16:24.04.

2008-09 Season: Cross Country: Finished 35th in the Northeast-10 Cross Country Championships with a time of 27:20.7 helping the Chargers finish the tournament in eighth place...Placed 86th at the 2008 NCAA Division II East Regional with a time of 35:38 helping the Chargers finish 12th in the tournament. Indoor Track: Season-best time of 4:36.87 in the one mile run at the Boston Indoor Games on January 24...Also recorded a season-best time of 9:36.25 in the 3000m run at the Yale Invitational on January 10.

2007-08 Season: Indoor Track: Ran a season-best of 4:43.91 in the one mile run at the Lafayette/Rider Winter Games on February 15, 2008 and a season-best of 9:35.00 at the Boston University Valentines Invitational on February 8-9, 2008. Outdoor Track: Ran a season-best of 4:28.20 in the 1500 meter run at the Southern Connecticut State University Owl Invite on March 29, 2008...Recorded a time of 10:35.85 in the two mile run at the UMass Lowell’s George Davis Invite on April 12, 2008 and a season-best of 10:37.57 in the 3000 meter steeplechase at the Yale University Spring Track Classic on April 27, 2008.
