2009-10 Season: Indoor Track: Tossed a distance of 10.60m in the shot put event at the Yale Lid Lifter Invitational. Outdoor Track: Recorded season best 10.93m in the shot put event at the George Davis Invitational…Finished 15th in the shot put at the Coast Guard Invitational…Launched a distance of 23.96m in the discus event at the Coast Guard Invite…Threw a distance of 27.06m at the Yale Classic for 23rd place.

2008-09 Season: Indoor Track: Recorded a season-best 12.5m throw in the weight throw at the URI Sorlein Invitational (1/17) ... Posted a season-high 11.06m throw in the shot put at the Boston Indoor Games (1/24). Outdoor Track: Recorded a season-best 10.98m shot put throw at the UMass-Lowell Invitational (4/11) ... Threw a season-best 34.24m in the hammer throw at the Walt Disney World Invitational (3/20) ... Recorded a 29.53m throw in the discus at the Springfield College Invitational (4.18).

2007-08 Season: Indoor Track: Recorded season-bests of 8.57m in the Weight throw at the URI Sorlein Invite on January 19, 2008 and 10.10m in the Shot Put at the Yale Season Opener on December 8, 2007. Outdoor Track: Recorded a season-best of 10.28m in the Shot Put at the Husky Spring Open on March 22, 2008.

High School: Threw the shot and discus for Middleborough High School…Finished sixth in both shot and discus at the Massachusetts Class C Relays…Graduated with Honors…Participated in Band and Concert Choir.

Personal: Son of Patricia and Russell Timmons...Has two sisters, Marissa and Christina...Career ambition is to have a job he likes.
