2009-10 Season: Outdoor Track: Captured 38th place in the 800m dash at the Coast Guard Invitational…Posted a season best 2.02.32 at the Yale Classic in the 800m dash event…Recorded a time of 4:29.54 at the Coast Guard Invitational in the 1500m run, notching 23rd place…Also ran the 1500m event at the George Davis Invitational.

2008-09 Season: Cross-Country: Led the Chargers at the Northeast-10 Cross Country Championships placing 34th with a time of 27:19.9...Led the Chargers at the 2008 NCAA Division II East Regional finishing in 55th place with a time of 34:35 helping the Chargers finish 12th in the tournament. Indoor Track: Recorded a time of 2:00.75 in the 800m run at the Yale Lid Lifter Invitational on December 8.

2007-08 Season: Cross-Country: Placed 43rd in the CCSU’s Ted Owen Invite on September 15, 2007...Finished second on the UNH team and 14th overall in 28:31.60 at the Fairfield University Invite on September 29, 2007...Earned Second Team All-ECC honors while finishing 13th at the East Coast Conference Championships on October 21, 2007...Finished second on the UNH squad and 36th overall in 34:45.8 at the NCAA Northeast Regional Championships on November 3. 2007. Indoor Track: Recorded a time of 4:39.54 in the one mile run at the URI Sorlein Invite on January 19, 2008 and season-best of 2:00.07 in the 800 meter run at the Yale Giegengack Invite on February 1-2, 2008. Outdoor Track: Finished 12th in the 800 meter run with a time of 2:00.91 at the CGA Invite on April 5, 2008 but recorded a season-best of 1:59.51 at the Yale Classic on April 27, 2008 finishing 21st...Recorded a season best of 4:14.18 in the 1500 meter run at the CGA Invite on April 5, 2008 finishing 6th.

2006-07 Season: Cross Country: Finished 69th overall at NCAA Division II Northeast Region Cross Country Championships...Finished 18th overall at ECC Championships...Finished in the scoring at New England Championships...Finished 55th at Quinnipiac Invitational...Finished 27th at Fordham’s Ram Invitational...Finished in the scoring at Connecticut College Invitational. Indoor Track: Placed second in the mile at the East Coast Conference Championships behind teammate James Beaubrun…Finished 21st in the 800-meter run at the Yale University Spring Invitational…Placed third in the 1,500-meter run at Springfield Invitational.

High School: Ran at Nashaboa Regional High School in Massachusetts.
